Common questions

How do I get access to a design?

Client accounts are by invitation. Ask your contact at Ainur to invite you; you get a link to set your password. Anyone can create a reader account in the app to use the Journal.

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. If no email arrives, write to us and we will send you a reset link.

I lost my phone with the authenticator app

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-step sign-in. No codes left? Write to us from your account's email address; we check it is you before we reset it.

A design does not open

Check that you are online for the first download, then try again. If it still fails, send us the design name and your phone model.

Can I use Ainur Design on the web?

Journal articles are on this website. Design reviews run in the Android and iOS apps.
