Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Ainur Design apps, the Studio or design.ainurhq.com. By creating an account or signing in you agree to them.
The service
Ainur Design lets clients of Ainur review app designs, and lets anyone read the Ainur Journal. Reader accounts give you the Journal and its personal features. Client accounts are created by invitation and give you access to the designs Ainur shares with your company.
Your account
- Give a real name and an email address you control. Keep your password private; use two-step sign-in if you can.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@ainurhq.com if you think someone else used it.
- You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).
Designs are confidential
Designs shared with a client are confidential work for that client. Do not copy, publish or show them outside your company unless Ainur and your company agree. Some designs block screenshots or show a watermark with your email.
Acceptable use
Do not try to get access to designs or accounts that are not yours, break or overload the service, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content
Journal articles belong to Ainur. You may share links to them and short quotes with a link. Feedback you give on a design may be used by Ainur and your company to improve that design.
Availability
We work to keep Ainur Design available and secure, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Where the law allows, Ainur is not liable for indirect loss from using the service.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; the date below shows the latest version and we tell signed-in users about important changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Client access ends when Ainur or your company ends it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be set aside.
